At SBB, our vision is to build a global movement of empowered women who feel confident in their bodies and aligned in their lifestyles, and to help every woman who enters our community to ditch toxic patterns, discover their inner strength, and live with joy, freedom, and balance.

The health and wellness industry is rapidly growing as more women seek sustainable solutions that don’t rely on restriction, punishment, or perfectionism. Many of these individuals have a deep desire to feel better in their skin, love their bodies, and live fuller lives, however their ability to achieve lasting change often comes down to the strength of their mindset, the quality of their support system, and the simplicity of their routine.

We strive to help women of all ages and stages develop the confidence, education, and structure required to step into their healthiest, strongest selves without sacrificing their lifestyle or self-worth in the process.

We assist our clients in defining their own version of balance and success and then support them in building habits, routines, and identities that reflect that vision, to create the impactful life and lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of—but were told they couldn’t have.

    Bri is a mum to her beautiful daughter & two dachshunds and a wife to her husband Corey. Bri has always lived an active lifestyle, where she grew up playing team sports including, hockey, netball, soccer and tennis. She found a passion for the health and fitness space in 2018 when she was studying to be a primary school teacher. After 2 years in the teaching field, she worked hard to get her PT qualifications, and took the risk as she quit teaching, to pursue her passion of health and fitness. In January 2023, she started her Online Coaching business, worked as a group fitness instructor and also took 1:1 Personal Training clients for almost 2 years. In January 2025, she became a Mum and works entirely online. In May 2025, she rebranded, and She Builds Balance was born.
