1:1 Premium Online Coaching

  • Premium 1:1 Coaching is for you if you want to completely level up with your training and your nutrition! We don’t do surface level stuff around here, we are here to dig deep to the root problem, so that you can actually make changes that will last. This is suitable from beginners who are completely new to both nutrition and training, all the way to advanced trainers and food trackers, who are wanting that extra push or are maybe heading into a fitness competition (like Hyrox, marathon etc).

    • Personalised Training program to suit your goals and abilities. Updated approximately every 6 weeks. Ability to track your workouts (reps, sets, weight) on my App, along with demonstration videos for each exercise.

    • Custom Support if you are heading into a fitness competition (Hyrox, Marathon etc), or your pre/post natal journey.

    • Custom calorie/macro targets and/or personalised meal plans (with foods you actually like) updated as frequently as desired. This is in the App, alongside features like tracking food and automatically adding meal ingredients to a shopping list.

    • Undertake a Nutrition Audit and get support and realistic strategies with any Eating Disorders (eg. Binge eating)

    • 1:1 Private messaging with Bri (Mon-Fri support)

    • Weekly check in via Loom

    • Access to SBB Community Forum & Broadcast chat

  • Choice 1:1 Coaching was designed for the women who are competent in one area but just need the support in another. With Choice, you have the choice between 1:1 Fitness Coaching or 1:1 Nutrition Coaching.

    With 1:1 Fitness Coaching, we really take things up a notch. It’s not just about us giving you a program and you go off and do it, it’s much more than that. We want to ensure you are pushing yourself to your potential, so we work closely with you to identify any areas where you can improve, with your weight, technique and overall workout efforts. Your program is designed specifically for you with your goals and abilities front of mind. We will work together to create a realistic routine that suits your lifestyle and have a training split you enjoy. Whether you are new to exercise and want to work out from home, or you are a gym girly, 1:1 Fitness Coaching is for you.

    With 1:1 Nutrition Coaching, we dig deep into your relationship with food, to uncover any potential triggers or areas of concern. We begin with a Nutrition Audit to see what your current eating habits are like, and then together, we create a plan that’s going to suit you and your goals, whether that’s fat loss, muscle growth or just to maintain a healthy diet. You have the option to follow a meal plan specially designed for you and your likes/dislikes. Or alternatively, you have the option to flexibly track your food under our guidance. Nutrition Coaching involves a lot of mindset work, as majority of nutritional problems are psychological. This is suitable from beginners who are completely new to both nutrition and food tracking, to those who are wanting that extra push and to clean up their eating habits.
